John Hancock is a super hero with superhuman powers, is immune to bullets and fly. But he is also lazy, unfriendly and caused chaos, where he comes. As his reputation in the public the low point reached, he committed a PR consultant to its image income. But then Hancock begins an affair with his wife.
The comedy by director Peter Berg (Operation: Kingdom), the currently popular superhero genre and makes it on the head. The “hero” is everything a superhero not to be. The main role of Will Smith (I Am Legend), after some serious roles here again komödiantisches talent show. Golden Globe winner Jason Bateman (Smokin ‘Aces) tries as PR manager, the hardship on the right track. Oscar Award winner Charlize Theron (Valley of Elah) completes the triangle relationship.
